The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has announced the mock seat allotment result 2024. Qualified candidates who have participated in the counselling process can access the COMEDK 2024 mock seat allotment result by visiting the official website, comedk.org. The authority has also announced the COMEDK mock allotment cut off.

Candidates are required to provide their application seq no or user id and password to check the COMEDK 2024 seat allotment result. After verifying the COMEDK mock allotment result 2024, candidates can edit preferences in the choice filling form. COMEDK seat allotment result 2024 for round 1 will be out on July 12. The COMEDK UGET 2024 counseling registration closed on June 17.

COMEDK 2024 Counselling: Options after seat allotment

Candidates will have the following options to choose after being allotted a seat in COMEDK 2024 counselling.

Freeze option: When a candidate chooses the “freeze” option, it means they are satisfied with the seat allotted to them in the current round of counselling. They do not wish to participate in further rounds or consider any other seat options. Candidates lock their seat choice and confirm their acceptance.

Float option: Opting for “float” allows candidates to accept the currently allotted seat but also indicates their willingness to be considered for higher-preference choices in subsequent rounds of counselling. If a better seat becomes available in further rounds, they may opt for it.

Slide option: The “slide” option enables candidates to accept the currently allotted seat but also allows them to slide to a seat of higher preference within the same institution during subsequent rounds, if such a choice becomes available.

• Class 12 or equivalent marksheet
• Parents study proof in Karnataka for 7 years
• Tulu minority certificate – Issued by Principal of school/school record showing “mother tongue” (If applicable)
• Category certificate (if Applicable)
• Date of birth proof
• Religious minority certificate christian – Issued by principal of school
• Candidates study proof in Karnataka for 7 years including Class 10 or 12 in Karnataka
• Karnataka domicile certificate
• HKR eligibility certificate
