MP NEET UG Counselling 2024: Round 1 seat allotment result out; MBBS, BDS fee structure

MP NEET 2024 counselling registration for round-1 was started on August 12, 2024. The deadline to submit application form for MP medical admission 2024 was August 20, 2024. The merit list was released on August 21, 2024. Candidates included in the merit list for MP NEET 2024 counselling round-1, will be declaring choices for seat allotment. Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, will declare round-1 seat allotment result for MP NEET 2024 counselling on August 29, 2024. The counselling is held online for seat allotment.  DME, MP will conduct counselling for allotment of 85 percent seats.

Candidates will have to register on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in and submit application form to participate in the MP NEET 2024 counselling for MBBS/BDS admission under state quota seats. DME will allot seats based on merit position, choice filled, availability of seats, reservation factors etc. Candidates have to download the seat allotment result from the official website.Those allotted seats have to report physically for document verification.

It must be noted only candidates who qualify NEET 2024 with the minimum cut off will be eligible to participate in the seat allotment process. MP NEET 2024 counselling starts with online registration, followed by release of state merit list, choice filling, seat allotment result, and reporting for document verification. A merit list is released comprising eligible candidates. They have to fill choices for college and course and lock them for seat allotment.

Admission to the state quota seats of both, MBBS and BDS courses, is facilitated through the counselling of MP NEET 2024. DME holds counselling for allotment of 85% state quota seats. A total of 37 government and private colleges will be participating in the counselling process. MP NEET counselling 2024 will be conducted in four rounds, first, second, mop-up, and college-level rounds. The mop-up round for MP NEET 2024 counselling will be organised if any seats are left vacant after the second round.
