The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has put the Punjab NEET UG 2025 round 1 seat allotment process for MBBS and BDS courses on hold. As per the latest update, the final seat allotment results will now be declared tomorrow.

The delay is reportedly due to administrative and verification processes to ensure accuracy in seat allocation. Once released, candidates will be able to check their allotment status on the official website — bfuhs.ac.in.

The round 1 seat allotment is a crucial step in the state’s medical and dental admission process, determining which candidates will secure a place in government and private medical/dental colleges under the state quota.

Candidates allotted seats will have to report to their respective colleges within the stipulated time along with original documents for verification. Further details regarding the schedule for subsequent counselling rounds will also be announced soon.
