New Delhi, May 17, 2025 — Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) has released the seat allotment results for M.Tech admissions in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computational Biology (CB) for the academic year 2025. The results cover both GATE and non-GATE candidates.

Candidates who applied for the M.Tech ECE and CB programs can now check their allotment status on the official IIIT-Delhi admissions portal at https://www.iiitd.ac.in/admissions/mtech.

The allotments have been made based on a combination of GATE scores, academic performance, and/or written tests and interviews conducted by the institute for non-GATE applicants. Selected candidates are required to confirm their admission by paying the seat acceptance fee within the stipulated deadline mentioned in the allotment letter.

Meanwhile, the merit list for the M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program is expected to be released later this month. According to officials, the CSE merit list will be published on May 24, 2025, and will include candidates shortlisted through GATE as well as the non-GATE route.
