FIITJEE, a renowned coaching institute in India, has recently faced significant challenges due to the abrupt closure of several centers, particularly in the Delhi-NCR region. In response to these events, FIITJEE has issued a statement attributing the closures to “mismanagement and desertion” by certain managing partners. The institute asserts that these partners failed to uphold their responsibilities, leading to operational disruptions.

Additionally, FIITJEE has announced its intention to pursue legal action against competitors whom it accuses of poaching its faculty members. The institute denies allegations of non-payment of salaries, instead suggesting that the current challenges are the result of a “criminal conspiracy” orchestrated by individuals with vested interests. FIITJEE assures students and parents that it is committed to resuming normal operations and is conducting financial audits to address the situation.

Despite these assurances, the sudden closures have led to significant unrest among parents and students. In Noida and Ghaziabad, parents have protested, demanding government intervention and refunds of fees paid. In Ghaziabad, an FIR has been registered against four senior officials of a FIITJEE center for operating without proper registration and abruptly shutting down, affecting around 800 students.

The situation remains dynamic, with ongoing investigations and legal proceedings. FIITJEE emphasizes its commitment to resolving these issues and ensuring the continuity of students’ education.
