May 27, 2025 | Kochi — The Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has officially released the final answer key for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can now access the final answer key through the official admissions portal at admissions.cusat.ac.in.

The CUSAT CAT 2025 was conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) on May 10, 11, and 12, 2025, for admissions into various Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs offered by the university. Following the examination, the provisional answer key was released on May 15, 2025, and candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections until May 20, 2025. After reviewing the submitted objections, the university has now published the final answer key on May 26, 2025 .

How to Access the Final Answer Key:

1. Visit the official CUSAT admissions website: admissions.cusat.ac.in.

2. Log in using your registered email ID and password.

3. Navigate to the “Final Answer Key” section in your candidate profile.

4. Download the answer key PDF for your respective subject paper.

Calculating Your Score:

Candidates can estimate their probable scores using the following marking scheme:

• +3 marks for each correct answer.

• -1 mark for each incorrect answer.

The formula to calculate the score is: S = 3R – 1W, where:

• S = Total score

• R = Number of correct responses

• W = Number of incorrect responses

Upcoming Results and Rank List:

The official results for CUSAT CAT 2025 are scheduled to be announced on June 2, 2025. Along with the results, the university will release the rank list, which will determine the eligibility of candidates for the subsequent counseling and admission processes
