Supreme Court to hear CLAT 2025 case transfer pleas today

On February 6, 2025, the Supreme Court of India transferred all petitions challenging the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 results to the Delhi High Court. These petitions, previously pending in various high courts, will now be consolidated and heard by a Division Bench of the Delhi High Court on March 3, 2025.
The Supreme Court has directed the Registrars General of the concerned high courts to forward all relevant case documents to the Delhi High Court within seven days to facilitate a unified and expedited adjudication process.
This decision aims to ensure consistency and efficiency in addressing the legal challenges related to the CLAT 2025 results.
