In a spectacular showcase of academic excellence, 15 students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro have achieved outstanding results in the prestigious Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) solidifying their reputation as academic frontrunners. Shlok Anand topped in category ‘A’ (Classes VII-XI) with an impressive score of 59 in the state of Jharkhand, while Arush Banerjee emerged as the District topper and second State topper in category ‘B’ (Class XII) with a score of 54.

The IOQM, which is the first stage of the Mathematical Olympiad programme in India, is known for its rigorous testing of mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills. It serves as a stepping stone for students aspiring to represent in the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO).

The remarkable achievement of these students is an exemplification of their unwavering dedication, hard work and passion for mathematics. They have not only made their school proud but also brought honour to the state of Jharkhand. Their success reflects the exceptional quality of education and guidance provided by DPS Bokaro.

The Principal, Dr. A. S. The students who qualified in the examination are Shlok Anand, Arush Banerjee, Shivam Ojha, Anuj, Ayush Raj, Kumar Anmol, Aarush Ranjan, Nitin Kumar Singh, Ayush Lachhiramka, Aditya Raj Chauhan, Shirish Krejia, Shudhanshu Kumar, Malvin Parira, Jay Satvik Madireddy and Ayushi Singh.
