The Rajasthan NEET UG 2024 counselling provisional merit list was released on August 24, 2024. The seat matrix was released a day before. The total number of MBBS seats is 5,204 and the total BDS seats is 1,343. In the Rajasthan NEET 2024 counselling Round 1 provisional merit list, a total of 12,489 candidates have been considered eligible.

The Rajasthan NEET 2024 counselling Round 1 choice filling process was conducted from August 25 to August 27, 2024, and the seat allotment result will be declared on August 30, 2024.

The counselling process was started by the Medical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan, on August 16, 2024. The last date of registration was August 21, 2024. The entire round will end on September 5, 2024.

Rajasthan NEET counselling 2024 is being conducted for the 85 per cent state quota seats for admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered in Rajasthan. The counselling process for Rajasthan NEET UG 2024 counselling is completely online, except for the physical verification after the registration, and the last stage, which involves institute reporting and document verification. There will be approximately five to six rounds of counselling.

The NEET 2024 exam was conducted on May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM in 571 cities across India and abroad. The NEET result was declared on June 4, 2024. As the Supreme Court cancelled the grae marking system, NTA conducted re-NEET 2024 for 1,563 candidates with grace marks and its result was declared on July 1, 2024. On the other hand, since the Supreme Court verdict on various NEET 2024 petitions rejected the bonus marks for one particular question, NTA released the NEET 2024 re-revised scorecard and merit list on July 26, 2024. The re-revised scorecards of these candidates will be sent to RUHS Jaipur for creating the merit list.

Only those candidates who qualified for NEET 2024 (as per the final scorecard where cutoff marks is reduced by two points for each category) by scoring the NEET cutoff marks are eligible to participate in the counselling process for Rajasthan NEET UG 2024.
