Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2025: BFUHS Announces 1,214 Vacant MBBS, BDS Seats for Round 2
The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has published the vacancy position for Round 2 of Punjab NEET UG 2025 counselling. As per the official notification, a total of 1,214 MBBS and BDS seats remain vacant across government and private medical/dental colleges of the state.
Seat Distribution
Out of the 1,214 vacant seats:
MBBS seats: Majority in government and private medical colleges.
BDS seats: Vacancies remain in both government and private dental colleges.
The detailed college-wise and course-wise seat matrix has been released on the BFUHS website.

Round 2 Counselling Process
Candidates already registered under Punjab NEET UG 2025 are eligible to take part.
Choice-filling and locking will be enabled as per the updated BFUHS schedule.
Seat allotment will depend on NEET UG 2025 rank, reservation rules, and preference order.
Those allotted seats must report to the assigned institute with original documents and fee payment.

BFUHS Advisory for Students
The university has urged candidates to review the detailed vacancy chart carefully and prioritize their college/course preferences accordingly. Any candidate failing to participate in Round 2 will lose the opportunity for this round, and the seats will move forward to subsequent rounds or mop-up counselling.
