The announcement provides comprehensive details regarding eligibility, required documents, and procedures for new admissions.
📋 Admission Eligibility Criteria
The school has defined age eligibility as of 31st March 2026:
Pre-Nursery: 3–4 years
Nursery: 4–5 years
Prep: 5–6 years
Class I: 6–7 years
Parents are advised to ensure that the date of birth declared in the admission form is accurate, as no changes will be entertained later.
📑 Mandatory Documents at the Time of Admission
For a smooth admission process, parents are required to submit the following:
Photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipality, along with the Aadhaar Card of the candidate (originals to be shown for verification).
Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school (mandatory for Classes II–V).
Permanent Education Number (P.E.N.) / APAAR ID of the student for Classes II–V.
In cases where the T.C. is unavailable during admission, a Bonafide Certificate issued by the previous school may be accepted provisionally. However, the original T.C. and report card must be submitted before 31st March 2026.
🚌 Transport and Transfer Guidelines
The school offers a bus facility with routes displayed on the Notice Board. Parents are encouraged to confirm transport details with the Transport Department before admission.
For students transferring from another state or from non-affiliated schools, the T.C. must be countersigned by the District Education Officer (D.E.O.) or Education Department.
✍️ Important Instructions for Parents
Parents must exercise utmost care while filling up the admission form. Any tampering or overwriting will lead to the form being rejected, and a fresh form must be purchased and refilled.
📆 Admission Timings
Forms will be available at the school office counter on all working days from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Parents must bring the required documents to procure and submit the admission forms.
