Haryana NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Allotment Tomorrow; NMC Approves 2,710 MBBS Seats

The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, is set to release the NEET UG 2025 round 3 seat allotment results tomorrow, November 4, 2025. Candidates who have registered and filled their choices for the third round of counselling will be able to check their allotment status on the official website — uhsrugcounselling.com.
The round 3 allotment marks a crucial stage in the Haryana NEET UG 2025 counselling process, offering candidates another opportunity to secure admission into MBBS and BDS programmes across government, government-aided, private, and deemed universities in the state.
🔹 Reporting and Admission Process
After the announcement of the seat allotment, candidates allotted seats must download their provisional allotment letter, report to their respective colleges, and complete document verification and fee payment within the given schedule. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat.
The required documents include:
NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
Domicile certificate (for Haryana candidates)
Category certificate (if applicable)
Allotment letter and identity proof
🔹 Four-Round Counselling Structure
The Haryana NEET UG counselling process comprises four rounds:
Round 1 – Initial seat allotment and admissions.
Round 2 – Fresh registration for remaining vacant seats.
Round 3 – Current phase, allowing reshuffling and upgradation.
Stray Vacancy Round – Final phase for unfilled seats.
Candidates who were not allotted a seat in the previous rounds or those who wish to upgrade their earlier allotment were eligible to participate in Round 3.

In a significant development, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has granted approval for a total of 2,710 MBBS seats in Haryana for the 2025–26 academic session. The increase comes as several new medical colleges have received permission to start operations, while existing institutions have been allowed to expand their intake capacity.
The newly approved seats are expected to be distributed across both government and private medical colleges, ensuring wider access to medical education and addressing the growing demand for healthcare professionals in the state.
