Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Outshines at RMO; Three Students Qualify for INMO 2026
Bokaro: Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro has once again reaffirmed its academic excellence with an outstanding performance in the Regional Mathematics Olympiad (RMO). Three students from Classes 10 and 11 have successfully qualified for the prestigious Indian National Mathematics Olympiad (INMO) 2026, bringing immense pride to the school, district, and the state of Jharkhand.
After the RMO results, only 30 students from across Jharkhand were selected for the national-level competition, of which three students belong to Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro. The achievers are Adarsh Singh (Class 10) and Mayank Sharma and Ratan Narayan Singh (Class 11). Notably, Adarsh Singh also emerged as the State Topper in RMO, marking a remarkable individual achievement.
The RMO and INMO examinations are conducted in multiple categories, and all three students from Chinmaya Vidyalaya have been selected in the Class 8 to 11 category, highlighting the school’s strong foundation in mathematics education. The INMO 2026 examination is scheduled to be held on January 18, 2026.
On this proud occasion, the students were congratulated by Shri Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, President of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro; Shri Mahesh Tripathi, Secretary; Principal Shri Suraj Sharma; Vice Principal Shri Narmendra Kumar; and Headmaster Shri Gopal Chandra Munshi.
Expressing his खुशी, Principal Shri Suraj Sharma said that this remarkable success is the result of the students’ dedication, discipline, and consistent hard work. He further expressed confidence that these young mathematicians will continue to excel at higher levels and bring further glory to Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro, and the state of Jharkhand.
