   • Format: JPEG/JPG
   • File Size: 10 KB to 200 KB
   • Specifications: The photograph should be clear, with 80% face visibility (without mask), including ears, against a white background. Both color and black & white photographs are usually accepted.
2. Signature:
   • Format: JPEG/JPG
   • File Size: 4 KB to 30 KB
   • Specifications: The signature should be done with a black ink pen on white paper and scanned clearly.
3. Left-Hand Thumb Impression:
   • Format: JPEG/JPG
   • File Size: 10 KB to 50 KB
   • Specifications: In case of any eventuality of the left thumb being unavailable, the right-hand thumb impression may be used.
4. Other Documents:
   • Format: PDF
   • File Size: 50 KB to 300 KB
   • Examples: Scanned copies of the candidate’s Class 10th certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and PwD certificate (if applicable).
