NEET 2024 Counselling Date Announced – LIVE 

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET-UG) counseling session will start on 14 Aug. This counselling is managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which issued a detailed counselling schedule. The process was initially planned to begin on July 6, 2024, but on 29 July the MCC has provided the detailed notification and schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2024.

NEET 2024 Counselling Overview

NEET 2024 exam was held on May 5, 2024, and the results were announced on June 4, 2024, and the NTA released the Re-revised result on 26 July. Therefore, it is expected that the MCC NEET 2024 counselling will begin soon, roughly a month after the results are declared. NEET 2024 counselling process will likely extend over four to five months, including approximately six rounds, depending on the number of vacant seats.

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), will oversee the NEET counselling for 1,09,145 MBBS and 27,868 BDS seats across India.
