2. Application Correction Window

To address these issues, the NTA has:

• Activated the correction facility: Candidates can log in to their accounts on the official NTA portal and make corrections to their application details and uploaded images.
• Set a deadline: The correction window is open for a limited period. It’s essential to make the necessary changes before the deadline to avoid application rejection.

3. Photo Requirements

Candidates should adhere to the following photo guidelines to avoid future errors:

• Photograph Guidelines:
  • Must be recent and clear (not older than six months).
  • Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
  • Format: JPEG/JPG.
  • File Size: 10 KB to 200 KB.
  • Background: Preferably white or light-colored.
  • No hats, caps, or tinted glasses (religious headwear is allowed but should not obscure the face).
• Signature Guidelines:
  • Signature must be done with a black pen on white paper.
  • Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm.
  • File Size: 4 KB to 30 KB.
  • Format: JPEG/JPG.
• Other Document Requirements:
  • Category certificates (if applicable) must be legible and in PDF format.
  • File Size: 50 KB to 300 KB.

4. Steps to Make Corrections

1. Log In:
   • Visit the official JEE Main 2025 portal (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in).
   • Use your application number and password to log in.
2. Check Notification:
   • Review the specific errors flagged in your application form.
3. Upload Correct Images:
   • Re-upload the corrected photo, signature, or documents following the prescribed guidelines.
4. Submit Changes:
   • Verify all changes before final submission.
   • Download and save the confirmation page for your records.

5. Important Tips

• Double-check uploaded files: Ensure all files meet the required specifications.
• Save backups: Keep a copy of the images and documents you upload.
