IISER IAT Counselling 2024: The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the round 8 seat allotment result for IISER Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT) 2024  today. Candidates who registered for the IISER IAT 2024 counseling process can visit the official website i.e. iiseradmission.in. to view or download the round 8 seat allotment letter.

The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to check their seat allotment result. Candidates must upload the required documents, pay the acceptance fee, and submit their confirmation by September 8 at 6 pm to secure admission.

The examination authority will announce the IAT 2024 round 8 categories and IISER participating institute-wise closing rank list for the IISER 2024 of the registered candidates on the official website.

According to the official notice, candidates from the General, Economically Weaker Sections, Other Backward Classes, Kashmiri Pandits, Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants), and Persons with Disabilities categories will have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 35,000. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, the seat acceptance fee is Rs 17,500.

The IISER IAT counseling is conducted for candidates who wish to be admitted into the 5-year BS-MS dual degree and 4-year BS degree programs for 2024. These programs will be offered by IISER campuses in Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Tirupati.

The IISER IAT 2024 score is also used for admission to the Bachelor of Science (Research) program at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and the BS-Medical Sciences and Engineering program at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M).
