📚 Admission Channels & Eligibility

• M.Tech in CSE & CSE-Research:

  • GATE-qualified candidates: Admission based on GATE 2025 scores and qualifying degree percentage.​

  • Non-GATE candidates: Must appear for the PGCAT-IIITD exam on May 4, 2025.​

• M.Tech in ECE:

  • GATE-qualified candidates: Admission based on GATE 2025 scores and qualifying degree percentage.​

  • Non-GATE candidates: Shortlisted based on academic performance and called for an online interview on May 1, 2025.​

• M.Tech in Computational Biology (CB):

  • GATE-qualified candidates: Admission based on GATE 2025 scores and qualifying degree percentage.​

  • Candidates applying through GAT-B: Admission based on GAT-B 2025 scores and qualifying degree percentage.​

  • Non-GATE candidates: Shortlisted based on academic performance and called for a hybrid interview on May 9–10, 2025.​

All applicants must have secured a minimum of 65% marks in their qualifying degree. A relaxation of 5% is provided for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and CW categories. ​

1. Registration: Visit iiitd.ac.in and navigate to the M.Tech admissions section.​

2. Form Filling: Provide personal, academic, and contact details.​

3. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.​

4. Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable fee of ₹510 online.​

5. Submission: Review all entered information and submit the application before the deadline.​
