    Haryana MBBS Fees 2025: Govt vs Private Colleges, Bond Policy & College‑Wise Details

    The Department of Medical Education, Haryana, has released the MBBS fee structure and bond policy for the academic year 2025-26. The state includes six government and nine private medical colleges offering MBBS programs, with over 2,000 seats in total.

    🎓 Government Medical Colleges – Fee Structure:

    • 1st Year: ₹80,000

    • 2nd Year: ₹86,141

    • 3rd Year: ₹92,896

    • 4th Year: ₹1,00,327

    • 5th Year: ₹63,546

    • Total for 5 years: ₹4,22,910

    💼 Government-Aided College (MAMC Agroha):

    • ₹1,80,000 per year for the first four years

    • ₹90,000 in the fifth year

    • Total: ₹8,10,000

    🏥 Private Medical Colleges:

    • Annual tuition fee: ₹12 lakh with 7.5% yearly increase

    • Estimated total course cost: ₹78 lakh to ₹1 crore

    • Refundable security deposit: ₹2 lakh

    • Other charges: Library, exam, sports, and hostel fees (approx. ₹75,000/year plus mess charges)


    📜 Bond Policy (Government Colleges):

    To promote public service, the state has implemented a ₹30 lakh bond, reduced by the tuition fee already paid. Female students are eligible for a 10% concession on the remaining bond amount.

    Effective bond after fee adjustment:

    • Male students (Govt Colleges): ₹25,77,090

    • Female students: ₹23,19,381

    • MAMC Agroha:

      • Male: ₹21,90,000

      • Female: ₹19,71,000

    Graduates can fulfill the bond by serving in government hospitals or repay it through monthly installments if opting for private or overseas careers.

    • Tuition: ₹1,80,000/year

    • Hostel: ₹19,000/year

    • Electricity: ₹9,000/year

    • Refundable Security: ₹30,000

    • Caution Money: ₹6,000

    • NRI Fee: USD 75,000 total (USD 25,000 at admission + USD 12,500 annually)

    PGIMS, Rohtak

    • Annual tuition and fees: ₹37,500 + additional charges

    • Total approx.: ₹52,090/year

    • NRI Fee: USD 10,000 (admission) + USD 5,000/year

    ESIC Medical College, Faridabad

    • Tuition: ₹1,00,000/year

    • Additional fees as per institute norms

    Private Medical Colleges

    • Tuition: ₹12 lakh/year with 7.5% annual hike

    • Estimated cost over 5 years: ₹78 lakh–₹1 crore

    Private Dental Colleges

    • Tuition: ₹2.8 lakh/year with 5% annual hike
