CUET UG 2025 from May 8 to June 1 in CBT mode; registrations begins at cuet.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG) 2025 will be conducted from May 8 to June 1, 2025, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Registrations are now open on the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in, and will remain available until March 22, 2025.
CUET UG serves as a unified entrance examination for admission to undergraduate programs across various central, state, deemed, and private universities in India. This year, the exam will be conducted exclusively in CBT mode, a shift from the previous hybrid format.

- Registration Period: March 1 to March 22, 2025
- Application Correction Window: March 24 to 26, 2025
- Examination Dates: May 8 to June 1, 2025
Registration Process:
- Visit the official CUET website: cuet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the registration link under the “Candidate Activity” section.
- Complete the registration by providing the required details and create a login.
- Fill out the application form with personal and academic information.
- Upload necessary documents, including photographs and signatures.
- Pay the examination fee as per your category and the number of subjects chosen.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
Application Fees:
The application fee varies based on the number of subjects selected and the candidate’s category:
Up to 3 Subjects:
- General (UR): ₹750
- OBC NCL/EWS: ₹700
- SC/ST/Transgender/PwBD: ₹650
- Centers Outside India: ₹3,750
Up to 7 Subjects:
- General (UR): ₹1,500
- OBC NCL/EWS: ₹1,400
- SC/ST/Transgender/PwBD: ₹1,300
- Centers Outside India: ₹7,500
Up to 10 Subjects:
- General (UR): ₹1,750
- OBC NCL/EWS: ₹1,650
- SC/ST/Transgender/PwBD: ₹1,550
- Centers Outside India: ₹11,000
