“If a seat is allotted, the candidate must complete all the required admission formalities. The candidate needs to pay the admission fee to secure admission. If a candidate fails to pay the admission fee within the specified timeframe, it will be considered a cancellation of the allotted seat,” the university informed in a statement.

The university has advised students to make the fee payment before 5 pm on August 20 to avoid any last-minute issues. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat, disqualification from any further allotment rounds, and the loss of all associated rights.

Shortlisted candidates must produce the necessary documents during the reporting process for verification purposes. These documents include the CUET scorecard for 2024, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, caste certificates (for SC, ST, OBC candidates), transfer certificates, and sports certificates if applying under the sports quota, among others.

Candidates can follow these steps to view and download their BHU seat allotment results for 2024:

1. Visit the BHU admission portal at bhu.ac.in or bhucuet.samarth.edu.in.
2. Click on the ‘BHU UG round 1 seat allotment 2024-25’ link.
3. Enter your application number and password in the designated fields.
4. On the dashboard, find the BHU seat allotment results link.
5. The allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
6. Download and save the allotment results for future reference.
