Assam NEET UG 2025: Round 2 Registration Begins Today; MBBS, BDS Allotment on September 19
Round 2 Registration Opens
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has started the round 2 registration process for NEET UG 2025 counselling from September 8, 2025. This round provides another opportunity for candidates who could not secure seats in round 1 or wish to upgrade their allotted course or college.
Allotment Date
The seat allotment result for round 2 of Assam NEET UG 2025 counselling will be declared on September 19, 2025. Candidates allotted MBBS or BDS seats must report to their respective colleges within the stipulated time to confirm admission by completing document verification and fee payment.
Eligibility for Round 2
Candidates who registered but were not allotted any seat in round 1 can participate.
Those who have already been allotted seats but are seeking an upgrade can also apply.
Students who did not register earlier can also register freshly in round 2.
Documents Required for Admission
Candidates must keep the following documents ready for verification:
NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
Domicile certificate of Assam
Passport-size photographs
Allotment letter (to be downloaded after seat allocation)
