• Registration Window: July 21 to July 29, 2025

• Publication of Vacant Seats: July 28, 2025

• Objection Submission for Vacancies: July 28 to July 29, 2025

• Final Merit List and Seat Matrix Release: July 30, 2025

• Choice Filling and Locking: July 31 to August 4, 2025

• Round 1 Seat Allotment Result: August 6, 2025

• Document Verification & Reporting to Allotted Colleges: August 7 to August 11, 2025

🏥 Participating Institutes

• A total of 37 medical and dental colleges across Madhya Pradesh are participating in the counselling.

• This includes both government and private institutions under the 85% state quota seats.

🧾 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2025.

• Only Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates are eligible for state quota counselling.

• Necessary documents like domicile certificate, NEET scorecard, and Class 10 and 12 certificates must be ready for upload.

📝 Counselling Process Overview

1. Registration: Fill the application form and pay the required counselling fees.

2. Merit List & Seat Matrix: Released after objection window closes.

3. Choice Filling: Candidates must enter and lock their college/course preferences.

4. Seat Allotment: Based on NEET rank, category, and choices filled.

5. Reporting: Allotted candidates must report to respective colleges with original documents for verification.
