Candidates who participated in Round 2 counselling for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs can check their allotment status by logging into the official JoSAA portal.

The counselling is based on JEE Advanced 2025 and JEE Main 2025 scores, and the seat allocation depends on candidate rank, category, preferences, and seat availability.

• Round 2 Seat Allotment Result: June 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM

• Online Reporting (Round 2): June 25 to June 28, 2025

• Last Date for Fee Payment / Document Upload: June 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM

• Round 3 Seat Allotment: Expected on July 1, 2025

1. Visit the JoSAA official website

2. Log in using your JEE Main/Advanced roll number and password

3. Click on the “Round 2 Seat Allotment Result” link

4. View and download the allotment letter

5. Proceed with online reporting (fee payment and document verification)

📌 Next Steps for Allotted Candidates:

• Pay the seat acceptance fee (₹35,000 for General/OBC; ₹15,000 for SC/ST/PwD)

• Upload scanned documents for verification

• Choose between freeze, float, or slide options depending on admission preference

• Complete the process before the deadline to retain the allotted seat

Candidates who do not complete online reporting or fail to pay the fee will forfeit their allotted seat. Those not allotted a seat in Round 2 will be automatically considered for the next round.

JoSAA 2025 counselling will be held in six rounds, followed by CSAB counselling for vacant seats in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Students are advised to keep checking the official schedule and prepare required documents in advance.
