New Delhi, May 14, 2025 –
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 10 results for 2025 today, revealing an impressive performance by students across the country. Among the standout regions, Delhi recorded a remarkable 95.14% pass rate, reflecting a steady improvement over previous years.

Officials from the CBSE noted that the overall pass percentage across India has slightly increased, with girls once again outperforming boys. In Delhi, the trend continued, with many schools reporting 100% pass results.

Another noteworthy development was the slight reduction in the compartment percentage, indicating that fewer students require supplementary examinations. Educationists have attributed this to improved teaching methodologies, increased focus on continuous assessment, and better exam preparedness.

CBSE officials also reiterated that the board will not release an official merit list to discourage unhealthy competition among students. However, schools have been encouraged to recognize and celebrate the achievements of their top performers internally.

Students can access their results through the official CBSE website, DigiLocker, and SMS services.
