After the announcement of Round 1 results, candidates must follow these important steps:

1. Acceptance of Seat:

   • Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat must accept the allotment online.

   • A seat acceptance fee has to be paid to confirm the allotment.

2. Reporting to College:

   • After paying the acceptance fee, students must report to their allotted institute within the given deadline with original documents for verification.

3. Options for Students:

   • Freeze: If satisfied with the seat, candidates can freeze it and not participate in further rounds.

   • Float/Upgrade: If candidates wish to be considered for a better option in the next round, they can choose the float option while retaining the current allotment.

4. Withdrawal:

   • Those who do not wish to continue with the admission process can withdraw their candidature before the final deadline.

• Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee & Reporting: As per WBJEEB’s counselling schedule, candidates must complete these steps within the stipulated timeline.
