The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has declared the seat allotment result of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) round 2 counselling 2024 today, July 31. Eligible candidates who participated in the WBJEE 2024 counselling round 2 can check their seat allotment results by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

Candidates will have to enter their login credentials – WBJEE roll number and password – to download the round 2 seat allotment letter. They then need to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000 through the official website to confirm their allotted seats for admission. The last date to confirm the allotted seats and make payment is August 3, 2024.

Candidates who want to withdraw from the counselling process can do so by August 3. “Students who have paid the seat acceptance fee and currently hold a seat can withdraw only during the seat acceptance period of Round 2. If they withdraw, they will get a full refund through online banking within 60-90 days after all counselling rounds end,” official counselling notification read.

Candidates who accepted their allotted seat in the WBJEE round 2 counselling will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification, which will be conducted by the allotted institute from July 31 to August 3.

Candidates who did not secure admission in WBJEE counselling 2024 during Round 1 or Round 2 can participate in the mop-up round. Registration for the mop-up round will be carried out from August 5 to August 7.

Candidates must carry the following documents – original and one self-attested copy of each:

• Class 10th admit card, birth certificate for verification of date of birth.

• Class 10th mark sheet.

• Class 12th mark sheet.

• OCI certificate.

• Domicile certificate (If appicable)

• Category certificate(If applicable)

• PwD certificate

• TFW certificate
