Akansha Sahay completed her B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College Ranchi. She went on to do M.Com in finance from Ranchi university and then pursued MBA in human resources from IIM Ranchi. She is currently placed in Tata steel. Ehsaan Raj Verma scored 99 percentile in GMAT and was admitted to ISB’s Young leaders programme. He is currently working as a senior associate at a consulting firm.

They shed light upon the CAT and GMAT exams and what we can do to excel in them. In today’s world there are a plethora of options in varying fields. Akansha and Eshaan advised the students on how to navigate through all of them. Akansha explained on “how our network is our net-worth”. She encouraged the students to create linked in profiles and connect with each other as down the line, these connections will be crucial for shaping our career trajectories.

What set their talks apart was their candidness in discussing actionable steps for the future, emphasizing the importance of proactive planning and the value of personal interests and networking. Both of them talked about their academic life in DPS and how the school has been instrumental in shaping their paths.
