    Sahodaya Ranchi organizes the Inaugural ceremony of G- 20 Presidency submit in Sarala Birla Public School

    To commemorate the 3rd anniversary of NEP 2020 and to celebrate India’s presidency at the G20 Summit, Ranchi Sahodaya School Complex has organised the G20 Presidency Summit: The Creativity Conclave. Amidst great verve and enthusiasm, the inaugural ceremony of the coveted event was held in the premises of Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi on 8th August 2023. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr. Arvind Kumar Mishra, Regional Officer, CBSE Patna.

    Dr. Pradip Kumar Varma, Head Personnel & Admin. Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi and Prof. Dr. Gopal Pathak, V.C. Sarala Birla University graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Prof. Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Registrar, SBU, Ranchi, Mr. Samarjit Jana, Principal JVM Shyamli, Mr. M. K. Sinha , Dr. Subhash Kumar Principal, Taurian World School Mr. Niraj Sinha, Principal, Firayalal Public School and S.K. Sinha, Principal, DAV Gandhi Nagar along with the Principals of various other schools of Ranchi graced the occasion.

     

    The day commenced with invoking Lord Ganesha and by seeking His blessings for the success of the event. This was followed by a fusion dance promoting SDG no 5 – Gender Equality. The Chief Guest along with the other dignitaries inaugurated the second phase of SBPS Skill Hub for the course Assistant Beauty Therapist. The most awaited segment of the inaugural day was the Fashion Cosmos event which initiated with the five teams of Sarala Birla Public School presenting the concept of sustained fashion made out of waste and recycled goods. It was followed by 12 participating schools presenting their notion of the fashion of the future. They portrayed characters from the worlds of Frozen, Avatar, Chronicles of Narnia, Star Wars, etc. The fashion walk was accompanied by a live soundscape orchestra. Segment of Kalanjali- The Exhibition under Art Integrated Learning projects exhibited by the students of Sarala Birla Public School again echoed the theme of sustainability and was the centre of attraction. The day culminated with the message of empowering India towards a greener and sustained nation.
