NLU Delhi Opens Admission Withdrawal Window for AILET 2025 BA LLB and LLM Programmes

The National Law University (NLU) Delhi has announced the opening of the admission withdrawal window for candidates provisionally admitted to the BA LLB (Hons.) and LLM programmes for the academic year 2025-26. This initiative allows students who wish to withdraw their admissions to do so through the official website,
According to the official notification, candidates seeking to withdraw must log in to their AILET 2025 accounts using their credentials and select the ‘mark exit’ option to complete the withdrawal process. The university has stated that the refund of the admission fee will be processed to the original source of payment, adhering to the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
While NLU Delhi has not specified a deadline for withdrawal, it is advisable for candidates to act promptly to ensure a smooth refund process.
The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 was conducted on December 8, 2024, with the results announced on December 12, 2024. Subsequently, the university conducted multiple rounds of counselling, releasing the first and second merit lists on December 27, 2024, and January 10, 2025, respectively. The third merit list was postponed due to all seats being filled through the earlier rounds.
