NIT Trichy offers a four-year full time BTech course with nine specializations, including mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering, and production engineering. NIT Trichy BTech admission is based on the JEE Main entrance exam, followed by JoSAA Counselling. If seats remain vacant, after JoSAA, they fill through CSAB Counselling.
Applicants must have completed class 12 with a 75% aggregate, including Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: chemistry, biotechnology, biology or technical vocational subjects (for SC/ST candidates, a 65% aggregate is required.
