    NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 registration ends today at nift.ac.in; fee; exam pattern

    NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 is being held for admission into UG, PG and PhD programmes in 18 NIFT campuses.

     

    The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the regular registration window of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Examination 2024 today at nift.ac.in. The NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 is held for admission into bachelor’s and master’s programmes (regular, NLEA, artisans) and PhD offered by 18 NIFT campuses across the country.

    Candidates applying for NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 will have to pay an application fee of Rs 3,000. However, those belonging from SC, ST and PwD categories will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,500. Candidates applying for BDes and BFTech will have to submit a registration fee of Rs 4,500. Candidates of SC, ST and PwD categories applying for two programmes will have to pay an application fee of Rs 2,250.

    Important dates

    Students will also be able to apply for the NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 between January 4 and 8 after payment of a late fee of Rs 5,000. The exam will be computer-based test as well as a paper-Based Test and will be held in 60 cities across the country.

    Candidates applying for BDes and BFTech should be less than 24 years as on August 1 of the year of admission. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for candidates of SC, ST and PwD categories. There is no age limit for candidates applying for MDes, MFM and MFTech, and PhD programmes.

    NIFT BDes GAT Exam Pattern

    NIFT BDes entrance exam 2024 will have 100 questions divided into five sections while MDes exam will have 120 questions.
