The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued official guidelines for NRI quota admissions in NEET UG Counselling 2025 and released a strong warning to candidates: submission of fake or forged documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission and may invite legal action.

Candidates applying under the NRI quota must present documentation issued by an Indian Mission or the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) verifying either their NRI status or that of a legal guardian.
These documents will be thoroughly verified during the reporting stage, and authenticity may be cross-checked with the relevant embassies.

If any document is later discovered to be fake or incomplete, the candidate’s seat will be cancelled immediately.
