Steps to Fill the NEET UG 2025 Application Form:

1. Visit the Official Website:
   • Go to neet.nta.nic.in.
2. Registration:
   • Click on the “NEET UG 2025 Registration” link.
   • Provide the required details to generate your login credentials.
3. Application Form Completion:
   • Log in using the credentials provided.
   • Fill in personal information, educational qualifications, and select your preferred exam centers.
4. Document Upload:
   • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, including:
     • Passport-sized photograph.
     • Signature.
     • Left and right thumb impressions.
     • Postcard-sized photograph.
5. Fee Payment:
   • Pay the application fee through the available online payment methods.
6. Final Submission:
   • Review all entered information carefully.
   • Submit the application form.
   • Save and print a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

Documents Required:

• A valid mobile number and email address.
• Scanned images of:
  • Passport-sized photograph.
  • Signature.
  • Left and right thumb impressions.
  • Postcard-sized photograph.
• Aadhaar card or other valid ID proof.
• Class 10th and 12th academic records.
