• Result Declaration: May 18, 2025

• Counselling Registration & Choice Filling: May 26–30, 2025

• Round 1 Seat Allotment Result: May 31, 2025

• Document Upload & Verification: June 1–3, 2025

• Vacancy Declaration After Round 1: June 4, 2025

• Round 2 Registration & Choice Filling: June 5–7, 2025

• Round 2 Seat Allotment Result: June 8, 2025

• Final Round Seat Allotment: June 16, 2025

• Physical Reporting at Allotted Institutes: July 21–27, 2025

• Commencement of Academic Session: July 28, 2025

💼 Counselling Process Overview

1. Registration & Fee Payment: Candidates must register online at nchmcounselling.nic.in and pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹2,000.

2. Choice Filling & Locking: Applicants should select and lock their preferred institutes based on their All India Rank (AIR) and category.

3. Seat Allotment: Seats will be allocated considering the candidate’s AIR, reservation category, and chosen preferences.

4. Seat Acceptance & Document Verification: Upon seat allotment, candidates need to pay a seat acceptance fee of ₹20,000 and upload necessary documents for online verification.

5. Subsequent Rounds: Vacancies from previous rounds will be filled in the next rounds. Candidates can re-register and modify their choices accordingly.

6. Final Admission: After the final round, candidates must physically report to their allotted institutes between July 21 and 27, 2025.

📌 Important Notes

• Refund Policy: Candidates withdrawing their allotted seat after the first or second round are eligible for a refund of ₹20,000, subject to deductions.

• Spot Round: A spot round may be conducted for candidates who missed earlier rounds or did not secure a seat.

• Document Verification: All document verifications will be conducted online; physical presence is not required during this phase.
