Kerala NEET counselling 2024 option registration or choice filling process is underway from August 21, 2024, to August 26, 2024, 11.59 PM. The option registration fee is INR 5,000. The provisional and final seat allotment results will be released on August 27, 2024, and on August 29, 2024, respectively. The admission fee payment to allotted colleges has to be done between August 30, 2024, and September 5, 2024

The Kerala NEET 2024 counselling final merit list or rank list for Medical and Ayurvedic courses were released by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram. The total number of candidates qualified for the Medical and Ayurveda courses is 39,309 and 37,575 respectively. Earlier, the provisional rank lists were released on August 14, 2024, and grievances could be submitted till August 16, 2024. CEE Kerala also released the final Category List on August 20, 2024.

Registered candidates could submit or upload their NEET 2024 scores by August 12, 2024, 4 PM. Originally, the last date to submit the scores was August 11, 2024, 11.59 PM, which was extended by CEE for a few more hours. Candidates who have qualified for the exam by securing the NEET 2024 cutoff score must upload their NEET 2024 re-revised scores by logging in to the CEE Kerala KEAM 2024 Student Portal, after which the counselling authorities will release the Kerala NEET 2024 counselling state merit list.

The Kerala NEET counselling 2024 application correction window was open till July 23, 2024, 11.59 PM. Originally, the last date to edit or make corrections in the application form was July 16, 2024, which was extended twice. CEE Kerala also released a list of candidates who had uploaded defective documents, which could be rectified till July 29, 2024. The Kerala NEET 2024 counselling application process was concluded on June 13, 2024.

The Kerala NEET 2024 counselling will be conducted for the MBBS, BDS and other medical courses such as BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS and BSc Nursing offered in the state of Kerala. Prior to the commencement of the process, CEE Kerala will release merit lists based on NEET scores, and only those whose names will be there on the merit list will be eligible to participate in the Kerala NEET counselling 2024.

There are as many as 3,182 MBBS seats and 2,077 BDS seats offered through Kerala NEET counselling 2024. Eligible candidates will have to register and fill choices. Based on that, CEE Kerala will release the seat allotment result. There will be approximately three rounds of counselling, and the number of rounds will increase based on the seat vacancies. Kerala NEET counselling is conducted for admission to 85 per cent State Quota seats.
