JEE Main 2024: NTA reduces application fees for EWS, OBC, gives options to register
JEE Main 2024 Registration Date: Candidate will have to register for JEE through DigiLocker, ABC, passport number, PAN card or Aadhaar number.
Male and female candidates who belong to the general-EWS and OBC-NCL category and opting to appear in centres outside India will have to pay Rs 4,500 and Rs 4,000 respectively. The JEE Main 2024 registration last date is November 30.
Applicants have also been provided with different login options to register for the JEE 2024 exam. The NTA has directed candidates to login or create an account in the following portal to register for JEE Main 2024.
- Digi locker account through the NAD portal.
- Academic Bank of Credits ID (ABC ID) through the ABC ID.
- Indian Indian passport number.
- Non-Indian passport number
- PAN card number.
- Aadhaar enrollment number.
It further informed that candidates who do not wish to register through the DigiLocker or ABC ID, will have to report one hour prior to the entry time at the examination centre on the day of the exam.
