IIT Hyderabad extends registration deadline of MSc in Medical Physics, HST programme till April 30
Students applying for IIT Hyderabad should have a bachelor’s degree with 60% marks and a valid JAM 2024 score.
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad has extended the last date to register for MSc in Medical Physics and Heritage Science and Technology (Online) till April 30. Eligible students can register for the IIT Hyderabad PG programmes through the official website, erp.iith.ac.in/Admissions. Students can also register for the IIT PG programmes through the common offer acceptance portal (COAP), iitk.ac.in/coap2024/.
Candidates applying for the MSc in Medical Physics should have cleared BSc (Physics) with at least 60% marks. He should have secured a valid JAM 2024 Score or Inspire scholarship. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview. If a candidate’s final semester (8th) grades are pending, he/she can upload an undertaking which the applicant has to submit by July 1 without fail.
Students applying for the Heritage Science and Technology (Online) programme should have secured 60% marks (55% for SC/ST categories) in four-year bachelor’s programme in technology, engineering, architecture, medicine, or science. Students who have secured a MSc or equivalent degree subsequent to a 3 year bachelor’s degree) in relevant area.can also apply for the programme. Working professionals with at least two years of documentable work experience are also eligible.
In special cases, applicants not meeting the above eligibility criteria may be offered a 1-year PG diploma in HST. The one-year PGD has coursework identical to M.Tech but without a thesis project.
IIT Hyderabad today closed the registration window for its PG admissions 2024.
