IIT Delhi Launches BTech in Design for 2025-26: Dual Entrance via JEE Advanced & UCEED

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced the introduction of a new four-year undergraduate programme, BTech in Design, starting from the academic year 2025–26. This innovative course, offered by the Department of Design, aims to blend engineering skills with creative design thinking to tackle complex real-world challenges.
📝 Admission Criteria
Prospective students must fulfill the following requirements:
Educational Qualification: Completion of Class 12 or equivalent in 2024 or 2025 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Entrance Exams: Candidates must qualify both the JEE Advanced 2025 and the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED). Admission will be based on a combination of performance in both exams.
Age Criteria for UCEED: Applicants should be born on or after October 1, 2000. A five-year age relaxation applies to candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories.
