OVERVIEW

COMEDK is the “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” to determine the merit of students in an effective, fair, transparent, and non-exploitative testing procedure. Presently there are around 150 Engineering colleges that are affiliated with COMEDK and utilize its testing mechanism for taking admission to UG Programme.

COMEDK UGET 2025 Exam will be conducted in the second week of May 2025. It is a state level entrance exam conducted by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental College of Karnataka. This exam is conducted to provide admission in UG level Engineering and Architecture courses.

 

Qualified candidates will get admission in various colleges in the state of Karnataka. Admission in B.Arch courses will be on the basis of NATA scores.

COMEDK UGET 2025 Exam Pattern

Students must go through following details regarding COMEDK UGET 2025 Exam Pattern.

  • Mode of Exam: The test will be conducted via online mode.
  • Medium of Exam: The medium of examination will be English only.
  • Total Marks: The total marks of exam would be 180.
  • Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in entrance exam.
  • Total Question: There will be 180 questions in exam.
  • Duration: Total 3 hours will be provided to candidates for exam.
  • Marking Scheme: For each right answer, candidates will be awarded 1 mark.
  • Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in COMEDK UGET.

Eligiblity

Aspirants must fulfil the given COMEDK UGET 2025 eligibility criteria before applying for exam:

For Engineering Courses:

  • Qualifications: Candidates must qualify class 10+2 or PUC or equivalent examination from any recognized university.
  • Marks: Students should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates of Karnataka state.
  • Subject: To be eligible, applicants must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject.

For Architecture Courses:

  • Qualification: To get admission to B.Arch course, students should have passed second PUC or class 10+2.
  • Subject: Applicants should have PCM subject or passed 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics to be eligible.
  • Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
  • Candidates will be required to qualify NATA or JEE to be eligible for admission to B.Arch courses.

Syllabus

COMEDK UGET 2025 Syllabus

The COMEDK UGET 2025 Syllabus will be based on the CBSE syllabus of class 11th and 12th. The syllabus consist of various topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.

MOCK TEST

  • The official mock test is made available to the candidates appearing for COMEDK UGET.
  • Candidates can take the Mock Test to understand the pattern of the computer-based test and make themselves familiar with the interface.
  • The mock test is for practice purposes only.

Application Fee:

  • Application fee of COMEDK UGET 2025 will be Rs. 1800/-.
  • Students will be able to submit it through online mode.
  • The payment methods to submit fee will be debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
  • Fees will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

Procedure

COMEDK UGET 2025 Application Form

Candidates must go through the details related to COMEDK UGET 2025 application form:

  • The COMEDK UGET application form 2025 will be released through online mode
  • Students will be able to fill registration form in the first week of February 2025.
  • Applicants are advised to go through the instructions of form before filling the application form.
  • Fill the application form with required details such as personal, qualification, contact details etc.
  • Upload the scanned images of documents within a given size and format.
  • Authority will also provide correction facility to correct mistakes in application form.
  • The last date to submit application form will be in first week of April 2025.
  • Candidates must take a printout of COMEDK UGET application form and keep it safe for future use.

 

How to Apply for COMEDK UGET 2025

Following are the steps to apply for COMEDK UGET 2025 exam:

  • Step 1: Visit the online website (link will be available above).
  • Step 2: Fill registration form by entering the basic details such as name, date of birth, gender, etc.
  • Step 3: Now, system will generate an OTP for registered mobile number and email ID.
  • Step 4: Click on register button to complete the registration process.
  • Step 5: Login by entering the User ID and Password.
  • Step 6: Click on “Go to Application” option.
  • Step 7: Select exam that you want to apply for.
  • Step 8: Enter personal, category, academic details etc. in the application form.
  • Step 9: Upload documents in prescribed size and format and submit the examination fee.
  • Step 10: Take a printout of application form for further use.

 

 

COMEDK UGET 2025 Application Correction

The authority will also provide editing option so that the candidates can modify selected information furnished in application form. The correction facility for COMEDK UGET will be provided to candidates to rectify any mistake in uploaded photo, signature, category details and academic details.

The editing options for critical areas like name, email ID, mobile number and test city will not be allowed. Before changing information applicants are advised to verify entries completely for their correctness.

 

COMEDK UGET 2025 Admit Card

The COMEDK UGET admit card 2025 will be released through online mode. Students will be able to download admit card by using their login credentials such as application number and password. The hall ticket for COMEDK UGET will be released in the first week of May 2025.

The hall ticket is an important document for candidates to get entry on the exam day. No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card. Candidates must take a printout of admit card and keep it safe for further use.

COMEDK UGET 2025 Answer Key

The COMEDK UGET answer key 2025 will be made available after a few days of commencement of exam. It will be published through online mode. Answer key of COMEDK UGET will consist of correct answers of questions asked in entrance exam.

Candidates will be able to check answer key in the third week of May 2025. With the help of it, students will be able to estimate their probable scores before the announcement of result. The authority will provide download link of the answer key on the online portal.

Result

COMEDK UGET 2025 Result will be released after a few days of entrance exam. Students will be able to download their results in the fourth week of May 2025. Candidates will need to enter their application number and password to access the result.

The authority will prepare result on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance exam. Candidates must keep their result safe until the admission procedure gets over. Also, candidates must take a printout of result as it will be required at the time of counselling.

Counselling

COMEDK UGET 2025 Cut Off

COMEDK UGET Cut Off 2025 will be published in the month of May 2025. The cut off will be a minimum mark that should be secured by candidates in the entrance exam to be eligible for further admission procedure. If candidates fail to secure minimum cut off marks, they will not be able to participate in further admission procedures.

The COMEDK UGET cut off will be released after each round of seat allotment. The cut off will be prepared after considering various factors such as candidates category, number of seats, previous year cut off etc.

COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling

COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025 will be organised in June 2025 through online mode. The counselling will consist of registration, choice filling and locking, seat allotment and fee payment. COMEDK UGET counselling will consist of three phases.

Only qualified candidates will be able to participate in counselling on the basis of their rank obtained in entrance exam. Candidates must carry required documents for the verification process.
