The University of Delhi (DU) is set to launch Phase 2 of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) UG 2025 in the second week of July, soon after the CUET UG 2025 results are declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

This next phase of the admission process will allow registered candidates to fill and reorder their college-programme preferences, a crucial step for undergraduate seat allocation across DU’s affiliated colleges.

🔹 What is CSAS Phase 2?

The CSAS (UG) 2025 is a two-phase admission process:

• Phase 1: Registration and submission of CUET application details.

• Phase 2: Preference filling for college and program combinations, followed by seat allocation based on CUET normalised scores, category, and availability of seats.

Now, with CUET UG results around the corner, DU will enable Phase 2 where candidates can:

• Choose and rank college-program combinations.

• Edit/update preferences.

• Finalise their application for seat allocation.

🔹 Key Dates (Tentative):

• CUET UG 2025 Result: Second week of July 2025

• DU CSAS Phase 2 Portal Opens: Shortly after result declaration

• Seat Allocation Rounds: Expected to begin by late July or early August 2025

🔹 Important Instructions:

• Candidates must verify their CUET scores and ensure all details are correct on the CSAS portal.

• Only those who complete Phase 2 preference filling will be considered for the first seat allocation round.

• Final seat allotments will depend on:

  • CUET percentile (normalised score)

  • Category (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS)

  • Availability of seats

  • Candidate’s preference order
