May 12, 2025 | New Delhi — The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025 will be conducted tomorrow, May 13, by the National Testing Agency (NTA) across multiple exam centers nationwide. With lakhs of students set to appear, the NTA has issued a strict advisory urging candidates to reach their centers well in advance, clearly stating that it will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic or other personal reasons.

The exam will be held in multiple shifts, and candidates must follow all prescribed guidelines to avoid disqualification or denial of entry.

Key Guidelines for CUET UG 2025 Candidates

• Admit Card Mandatory: Students must carry a printed copy of their CUET UG 2025 admit card, along with a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).

• Reporting Time Strictly Enforced: Candidates are advised to reach the examination center at least 90 minutes before the start of the exam. Late arrivals will not be permitted under any circumstances.

• No Electronic Devices: Items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

• Stationery: Candidates must bring their own pens, pencils, and other necessary stationery as allowed. Rough sheets will be provided at the center.

• Dress Code: Wear light clothes without big buttons or metallic items. Shoes with thick soles are not allowed.

• Self-Declaration: Some centers may require a self-declaration form regarding health and safety. Check the admit card and NTA website for center-specific instructions.

Important Advisory from NTA

“The NTA will not be responsible for any delay in reaching the test center due to traffic, weather conditions, or other personal reasons. Candidates must plan their travel accordingly,” the official notification states.
