CBSE 10th, 12th result 2024 declared; psychological counselling service from May 14

    The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE Class 10th,12th result 2024 today, May 13. With the declaration of CBSE 2024 results, the Board will begin post-result counselling for students and parents on May 14 to address common psychological issues associated to exams and results. .


    According to a press note by the CBSE, the Board has been providing counselling services to students and parents for the past 25 years to help them overcome common psychological concerns associated with exams and results. The CBSE counseling service will be available from May 14 to May 20.

    A total of 65 principals, trained counselors, and special educators from CBSE-affiliated government and private schools and psychologists will provide counselling services. Out of these, 52 are from India, while 13 counsellors are from Kuwait, Nepal, Japan, Doha-Qatar, Oman (Muscat) and United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras-al-Khaimah.

    Students can dial a toll-free number 1800118004 to access the CBSE counseling service 2024. The CBSE press release read “Individuals can dial the toll free number 1800-11-8004 from anywhere in India to access CBSE’s tele-counseling helpline, providing centralized support, information, and useful tips to address result-related anxiety or stress. “

    CBSE Class 10th., 12th Result 2024: Overview

    The pass rate for CBSE Class 10th exams 2024 is 93.60%, marking a 0.48% increase from the previous year’s 93.12%. Out of the 2,238,827 students who took the CBSE Class 10th exam in 2024, 2,095,467 have passed. According to CBSE Class 10th result data, Trivandrum achieved the highest pass percentage among all regions, reaching 99.75%, followed by Vijaywada with 99.6%.

    As per the CBSE Class 12 result 2024, the pass percentage rose from 87.33 percent in 2023 to 87.98 percent this year, showing a 0.65 percent increase. Among the 16,33,730 students who registered, 16,21,224 appeared for CBSE Class 12 exam 2024, with 14,26,420 students passing.
