Steps to Register:

1. Visit upneet.gov.in.
2. Click on the “UP NEET PG 2024 Counselling” link.
3. Complete the registration form with the required details.
4. Upload necessary documents as per the guidelines.
5. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₹3,000.
6. Submit the application and print the confirmation page for future reference.

This round of counselling follows the Medical Counselling Committee’s (MCC) decision to reduce the NEET PG 2024 cutoff percentile, allowing more candidates to participate.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is expected to release a revised state merit list to reflect these changes.
