DPS Ranchi std 9 : ANNOUNCEMENT FOR REGISTRATION CLASS IX (SESSION: 2025-2026)
DPS Ranchi invites Application for Online Registration in Class IX.

The Online Registration for Class IX will start from 28″ Oct 2024 (Monday) and continue till 18th Nov 2024 (Monday till 23:59 hrs) on our school website: www.dpsranchi.com.
Application form can only be obtained from the school website and not from the school counter.
Application fee Rs. 2500/- (Non-refundable) shall be paid through link available at the end of Registration process. No payment would be entertained at the school fee counter.

Online Registration does not guarantee admission in the school as selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in Aptitude Test conducted by the school. Additionally, preference will be given to candidates having below achievements:
➤ International, Zonal or State Rank Holders in various Olympiads (like Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), Silver Zone Foundation, etc.)
➤ Commendable marks in the National Standard Examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT)

Rank Holders in Mathematics Competitions (like Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics, Regional Mathematics Olympiad, Indian National Mathematical Olympiad, Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge, National Mathematics Talent Competition, or Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan)
National Level Achievements in Co-curricular Activities (Model United Nations, Winners or Participants in Quiz Competitions, Exhibitions, Robotics, Sports, Art and Cultural Activities)
The duly filled form has to be submitted online and the print out of the submitted form has to be kept till the end of the admission process as it will be required at the time of final admission if selection takes place.
Aptitude Test will be conducted on 25th Jan 2025 (Time: 10.00 am 01.00 pm), Reporting Time – 09.00 am.

Documents Required to be uploaded at the time of Registration

1. Birth Certificate issued by the concerned Authority under State Government / U.T./Central Government bearing the Name of the Child on the certificate.
2. Aadhaar Card of the child and of both parents.
3. Report Card (Half yearly) of Class VIII.
4. Proof of Residence: A copy of Voter ID Card/ Aadhaar Card/ BSNL Telephone bill / Electricity bill/Passport/Gas Connection/Ration Card – Issued in the name of parents (mother/ father only).
5. Passport size photograph of the candidate (wearing white shirt with plain bankground), photograph of Father and Mother and signature of Father and Mother to be uploaded wherever required (Size upto 100 KB, in JPG or PNG format only).
6. For wards of SAIL/MECON employees at Ranchi Unit, original certificate issued by Personnel Department of
RDCIS, SAIL/MECON, Ranchi has to be submitted for admission in DPS Ranchi.

Note:
1. No correction in data would be entertained after the submission of Application form and relevant documents uploaded. 2. The school reserves the right to cancel the admission of any applicant if the information provided in the Application form is found to be incorrect.
3. Permanent Education Number (can be obtained from previous school) will be mandatory at the time of final admission.
4. INCOMPLETE FORM WILL BE OUTRIGHTLY REJECTED.
