Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 counselling registration deadline extended to October 6
- The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has extended the registration deadline for Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2024.
- Candidates who qualified for the NEET PG exam 2024 and meet the eligibility requirements can now apply through the official website.
The registration window originally closed on October 2, 2024, but after receiving numerous requests from candidates, the CET Cell extended the deadline to accommodate their academic interests. This extension will provide more time for eligible candidates to complete their registration and participate in the counselling process.

- Registration Deadline – October 6, 2024
- Registration Fee Payment Deadline – October 7, 2024
- Document Upload Deadline – October 7, 2024
Document Verification Requirements
Candidates must ensure they have the following documents for counselling process;
- Online application form for Maharashtra NEET PG 2024.
- NEET PG 2024 Admit Card.
- Valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport).
- NEET PG 2024 Mark Sheet.
- Nationality certificate or equivalent document indicating Indian nationality.
- MBBS degree or passing certificate.
- Internship completion certificate (not later than August 15, 2024).
- Maharashtra Medical Council or other state medical councils’ registration certificate.
- Proof of medical college recognition by the National Medical Commission.
- Medical fitness certificate (as required).
- Receipt of ₹3,000 online fee payment.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the extended deadline and ensure they have all required documents for the verification process.
The Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 Counselling will have multiple online CAP rounds based on seat availability. During this process, candidates must submit their preferences for courses and colleges. If dissatisfied with the allocation, candidates can choose to upgrade in the following rounds.
