Registration for MP NEET PG counselling 2024 was started on October 2, 2024. Other dates for counselling will be announced soon along with official brochure. For registration, candidates need to create profile first by providing NEET PG 2024 roll number, secret key, and captcha. Candidates have to register online and declare choice for college and course to participate in the seat allotment process. Registration can be done on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. Based on choice declaration and other factors, the seat allotment result is announced. The counselling result is uploaded on the official website in PDF format and candidates have to download it.

The counselling is conducted by the Department of Medical Education (DME) on behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh to provide admission into MD/MS/MDS and PG Diploma courses in medical/dental colleges. Candidates who qualify NEET PG 2024 exam with the minimum cut off will be elligible to participate in the MP NEET PG 2024 counselling. MP NEET PG/NEET MDS counselling is usually conducted in two rounds. An additional third round of counselling is conducted as a mop-up rounds in case seats remain vacant after the second round of counselling. Post the mop-up round if still seats remain vacant, there is a possibility that DME Madhya Pradesh will also conduct an additional stray vacancy round. The entire counselling process is conducted in online mode. Candidates will be able to participate in fresh choice filling & choice locking at the online counselling portal. Through counselling, candidates will be getting admission to 830 MD/MS/PG Diploma and 313 MDS seats across medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
