Aspiring candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges across the state can now register on the official website, http://uhsr.ac.in.
Available Seats and Registration Fees
Haryana offers a total of 2,185 MBBS seats across its medical colleges, according to government data. The registration process, which is mandatory for all candidates, comes with varying fees depending on the category:
- Unreserved Category: Rs 2,500
SC, BC, EWS, PwD (Haryana candidates): Rs 1,250
NRI Category: Rs 10,000
In addition, private medical and dental institutes, including those under private universities, are required to deposit a processing fee of Rs 2,000 per sanctioned intake of seats for the counselling process.
Important Dates and Eligibility
Candidates have until August 25, 2024, to complete their registration for Haryana NEET UG 2024 counselling. To be eligible for the state merit list, candidates must have appeared and passed the NEET UG 2024, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
