The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has announced the Spot Round counselling schedule for BTech and BArch admissions for the academic year 2025–26. The spot round will be held from July 22 to July 25, 2025, at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Delhi Technological University (DTU), Bawana Road.

This round is intended for candidates who were not allotted seats in earlier rounds or wish to participate for the first time under the remaining vacant seats.

🔹 Who Can Participate:

• Candidates registered during initial JAC Delhi rounds but were not admitted in any institute.

• Candidates allotted seats but did not report, withdrew, or had their admission cancelled.

• Those who did not fill any choices earlier.

• For B.Arch, fresh candidates who qualified JEE Main Paper-II or NATA 2025 and did not register earlier can also participate.

📆 Category-Wise Schedule:

• July 22: ST, SC, OBC, EWS (Outside Delhi category)

• July 23: Single Girl Child and Reserved Delhi region candidates

• July 24: General (Outside Delhi) and BArch candidates (all categories) – reporting time 10:00 AM

• July 25: General (Delhi region) candidates

🧾 Documents Required:

Candidates must report in person with originals and one set of photocopies of the following:

1. JAC Delhi registration form (reprinted after July 18, 2025)

2. Class 10 and 12 mark sheets

3. Category certificate (if applicable)

4. Medical fitness certificate

5. Valid photo ID

6. Demand Draft of ₹95,000 in favour of “JAC DELHI” payable at SBI, DTU branch (No other payment method is accepted)

✅ Important Guidelines:

• The vacancy list will be published on July 19.

• Admission will be offered on the basis of JEE Main CRL rank, category, and seat availability.

• Once allotted, the seat will be frozen; no upgradation will be allowed.

• If a candidate is unable to attend, an authorised representative may appear with proper authorization.

The spot round offers a final chance to secure a BTech or BArch seat in top Delhi institutions. Candidates are advised to prepare documents and Demand Drafts in advance and strictly follow the schedule.
