The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the Round 6 seat allotment results for BTech admissions 2025. Candidates can now check their allotment status on the official website josaa.nic.in by logging in with their JEE Main or JEE Advanced credentials.

Round 6 marks the final round of JoSAA counselling for admission to premier engineering institutes including IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.

How to Check Round 6 Allotment Result:
✅ Visit josaa.nic.in
✅ Click on the seat allotment result link for Round 6
✅ Log in with JEE application number and password
✅ View and download your allotment letter

What’s Next for Candidates:

• Accept or Withdraw Seat: Candidates allotted a seat must choose “Freeze” to confirm or “Withdraw” if they wish to exit JoSAA.

• Online Reporting: Upload required documents and pay the seat acceptance fee online.

• Document Verification: JoSAA will verify uploaded documents through its portal.

• Reporting at Institute: Once accepted and verified, candidates must report physically to the allotted institute as per schedule.

Important Documents Required:

• Seat allotment letter

• JEE Main/Advanced admit card and scorecard

• Class 12 marksheet and certificate

• Photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, etc.)

• Category/EWS certificate (if applicable)

• Passport-sized photographs

Important Notes:

• Round 6 is the final round of JoSAA. No further rounds will be held under JoSAA for IIT admissions.

• For NIT+ system (NITs, IIITs, GFTIs), candidates not allotted a seat or who withdraw can participate in CSAB Special Rounds, which will be announced soon.

• Candidates are advised to follow all reporting and fee payment deadlines strictly to avoid cancellation of their allotment.
